Лицензий крупных регуляторов нет: в мае 2026 года Великобритания ввела санкции против Huobi Global S.A. за услуги Garantex и A7 (HTX называет это другим юрлицом), а в октябре биржа ушла с британского рынка. Комиссии на базовом уровне (мейкер / тейкер): спот 0.2 / 0.2 %, фьючерсы 0.02 / 0.06 %; подтверждение резервов публикует каждый месяц.
